Join me for a fun, hard-working workout in the park!
We meet at Mt. View Park for a mix of cardio and strength exercises that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your muscles revving. The circuit is designed so that you can prioritize your preference: cardio or strength. Get ready to jump, run, bend, and push your way to a stronger you :)
What to bring: A water bottle and a hat. Please remember these.
Optional: A mat, if you don’t like touching grass.
Class structure: A warmup, followed by 45 minutes of work and a cool down. You’re in and out in one hour!
